6. No guarantee or warranty is made or implied by our office on any vehicle in the sale. The buyer accepts all vehicles in an “AS IS” condition. Vehicles are sold at the sole risk of the buyer. All sales are final.
7. The buyer is responsible to pay any Brunei duties or charges on the item if required.
8. Successful bidders will be informed on Monday, May 6th 2024. If the highest bidder declines to purchase the vehicle, or is unable to finalize payment by the due date, it will be offered to the next highest bidder.
9. The total purchase price shall be rounded to the nearest dollar and must be paid in cash or cheque by 3:00pm on Thursday, May 9th 2024.
10. Vehicle must be removed from our office by towing as there is no road tax, after full payment is made, but no later than 5:00pm on Friday, May 10th 2024.
11. Our office retains the right to decline to sell a vehicle if the minimum amount required is not met.
12. All decisions and all sales are final.
