The Taipei Economic and Cultural Center in India is pleased to announce the opening of applications for the TaiwanICDF 2023 Higher Education Scholarship from 1 January to 15 March 2023.
While a total of 33 programmes are on offer for this year’s Scholarship ranging from agriculture to tourism and hospitality, undergraduate programmes are reserved only for applicants from countries which have diplomatic ties with Taiwan. Eligible applicants from other countries are welcome to apply for MA and PhD programmes and advised to apply for only one programme at a time.
Eligible candidates are requested to complete an online application via the TaiwanICDF Scholarship Online Application System and submit a signed and printed copy along with all other required application documents to the following address, with all mail-in documents postmarked by 15 March 2023.

In addition, eligible candidates are requested to apply simultaneously for admission to the desired partner university of this year’s Scholarship Programme. Each university may require various documents and set different deadlines for document submission.
Applicants are advised to consult carefully the Application Guidebook of the TaiwanICDF 2023 Higher Education Scholarship (attached as below), particularly sections regarding eligibility criteria, application procedures and required documentation.
