In order to advance watercolor art education, promote international cultural exchange and diplomacy, promote the right teachings by art and let the fame of beauty spread to continents of the world, among other motivations, entry has opened to all artists who are 16 years or older, amateur and professional, from Nigeria to participate in the current edition of the above named competition.
Artists whose water color art, depicting Regional characteristics, meet the approval of the judges, stand a chance of winning a prize of between NTD250, 000 and NTD30, 000.
