Import Drugs for Personal Use

If you intend to import drugs for personal use, you have to apply for a pharmaceutical import permit in Taiwan.
You will need to prepare the following items:

A copy of your passport

Customs claim paper

Doctor’s prescription (prescription medicine)

Package inserts for the drugs prescribed or needed for personal use

Application form (Application for import certificate)

Assurance Statement of Drug Application for Personal Use
