The Education Division Hosts Taiwan Study Abroad Information Session, Welcoming Australian Students to Study in Taiwan
On March 17, the Education Division hosted a Taiwan study abroad information session at the Australian National University (ANU). During the event, students learned about various study opportunities and scholarships in Taiwan, as well as having the chance to enjoy Taiwanese cuisine and make new friends.
Additionally, the event featured a special talk by Stella, a 2023 recipient of the Huayu Enrichment Scholarship, who shared her study experience. Stella had originally planned to stay in Taiwan for only six months, but because she loved Taiwan so much, she extended her stay to 12 months.
The Education Division also invited Joseph Brake, Chair of the Asia-Australia Youth Association (AAYA), and Kira Atkins from ANU to introduce AAYA's activities and once again encouraged students present to consider studying in Taiwan.
