Part-Time Vacancy (Fixed Term) at the Immigration Unit
of the Taipei Representative Office in the EU and Belgium
- Job description
The Taipei Representative Office in the EU and Belgium is looking for a part-time administrative assistant to carry out a wild range of administrative and support tasks within its Immigration Unit.
- Qualifications and experience required:
- have Belgian residence and a valid working permit;
- have at least a bachelor degree, preferably a law- or social work-related degree;
- have a good command of English (speaking and writing);
- have fluency in either French or Dutch;
- have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point etc.);
- having a Belgian driver's license is a plus.
- Responsibilities:
- to collect, translate and summarize EU directives and Belgian measures and related laws and regulations on immigration integration;
- to establish a counseling mechanism for foreign (including Chinese) spouses and their children of Taiwanese nationals;
- to prepare work reports;
- other tasks assigned on an ad hoc basis.
