Ambassador David Kuan-Chou Chien was pleased to meet with Ms. Kelly Tseng and Ms. Jenny Hsieh, volunteers from Taiwan International Cooperation Development Fund (ICDF) who have just arrived in Belize. Kelly and Jenny will be working at the National Biodiversity Office within the Ministry of Sustainable Development, Climate Change and Disaster Risk Management in the following year. During the conversation, Ambassador Chien wished these two young volunteers success in their work, as well as encouraged them to build up friendship with Belizean people and to experience the beautiful landscape and traditional culture in Belize.
