The Embassy congratulates the Government of Belize on its incredible success of hosting two crucial international summits - the 33rd inter-sessional meeting of CARICOM Heads of Government as well as the 4th CARICOM-SICA Summit this week, and looks forward to seeing Belize continuously playing the key role in the regions of Caribbean and Central America.
Ambassador David Kuan-Chou Chien was also pleased to meet Hon. Montgomery Daniel, Deputy Prime Minister of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Hon. Alva Baptiste, Minister of External Affairs of Saint Lucia, and H.E. Vance Amory, Ambassador-at-large of St. Kitts and Nevis, as well as other delegation members from those three Taiwan’s diplomatic allies in the Caribbean to the summits in San Pedro, - la isla bonita, on March 2, 2022, and welcomed them to Belize.
