The valid original Canadian or Taiwan (R.O.C.) passport of the applicant with a photocopy
The original passport will be returned to the applicant after the process.
A verified true copy of the passport must be obtained from a passport office or Service Canada (for Canadian passports)
For Canadian passport holders in Taiwan, the true copy of the passport must be issued by CTOT AND subsequently authenticated by the BOCA.

An original driver's license with a photocopy
According to the regulations of the Ontario Ministry of Transportation, a Taiwan (R.O.C.) driver's license must be held for a minimum of 24 months prior to applying for an Ontario driver's license. Therefore, we exclusively accept Taiwan (R.O.C.) driver's licenses that have been in possession for at least 24 months.

According to the regulations of the driver's license exchange agreement between Ontario and Taiwan, presenting valid Canadian legal residency documents (e.g., Study Permit, Work Permit, PR card, Canadian passport, etc.) is mandatory.
The Proof of residency document must include the applicant’s legal name and current address in Ontario (e.g., utility bill, most recent income tax notice of assessment, Ontario motor vehicle permit, property tax bill or rental agreement).

Return Envelope
An Xpresspost pre-paid return envelope from Canada Post.
We are not responsible for delayed, lost, or stolen mails. If you would like to apply by mail, a pre-paid self-addressed return Xpresspost/Courier envelope is required.
Legalization/visa application fees are non-refundable once accepted, regardless of approval, rejection, or withdrawal of the application.
Important Notes:
The driver's license exchange agreement is exclusively between Ontario and Taiwan, permitting only Canadian and Taiwanese citizens to apply for the exchange. As a result, we exclusively accept applications from individuals holding Canadian and/or Taiwanese citizenship.
The applicant must fill out all the necessary paperwork.
Depending on the variety of instances, more documents may be requested to be presented.
The application fees paid for document verification/visa application are non-refundable, regardless of approval or withdrawal of the application after acceptance.
