The ‘Fitz Fair’ Winter Art Exhibition at the Origin Gallery opened on Tuesday 13th of December in Dublin. The exhibition was an opportunity for emerging artists to display some of their pieces. Founder of the Origin Gallery, Dr Noelle Campbell Sharp warmly welcomed those attending the exhibition and thanked them for their support.
Amongst the emerging artists was Ms Hsiao-Wei Tsou, from Taiwan. Ms Hsiao-Wei Tsou creates beautiful pieces that are inspired by the surrounding environment. The very creative and unique pieces skillfully blend the culture and traditions of Ireland and Taiwan to communicate harmony between the two countries.
During her residency in Ireland artist Hsiao-Wei has been inspired by the Irish culture, tradition and surrounding natural environment. This can be seen in her beautiful pieces that are on display in the Origin Gallery, Dublin.
Representative Pierre Yang, of the Taipei Representative Office in Ireland, was delighted to attend the event. This opportunity allowed the Office to show support for Taiwanese nationals living in Ireland.
