How to Apply
Appointment (recommended for documentation safety)
- Check our websites for detailed information on required documents and consular fees for your application.
- Make an appointment with our office in advance via phone call or email .
- Visit our office for collection after you receive notifications from our office.
Postal Service
For applicants unable to submit and collect applications in person, consider the alternatives as below:
- Registered Post
- Include a self-addressed and stamped envelope with the required documents for your application.
- The completed application will be sent back via the return envelope you provide.
- Courier Company
- Submit your application through any courier company (e.g., FedEx, DHL, UPS) to our office.
- Schedule a courier company to collect your application during our service hours after receiving the completion notification from us.
- Email the PDF of your waybill to our office for printing and package preparation accordingly.
*Please note that our office will not be liable for document delay or loss.
Consular Service Fees

- Payment methods:
- Irish postal order or Irish bank draft that made payable to "Taipei Representative Office in Ireland."
- Exact cash in euros (*cents will not be accepted).
