הנדון: מתן תעודות עיתונאי למבקרים במשחקי העולם בגאושיונג, 2009, טייוואן

בימים אלו החלה הוועדה המארגנת לדאוג למתן תעודות כניסה לעיתונאים שיגיעו לסקר את משחקי אליפות העולם שיתקיימו בעיר גאושיונג שבטייוואן בתאריכים 16~26 ליולי 2009. השנה צופים מארגני המשחקים השתתפות של יותר מ-4500 ספורטאים מכ-100 מדינות ב-31 ענפי ספורט שונים. ישראל תשלח משחקים כ-6 ספורטאים ישראלים ( למידע נוסף בנוגע לספורטאים הישראלים אנא צרו קשר עם ארגון "אילת" - ההתאחדות הישראלית לספורט תחרותי לא אולימפי בטלפון :073-2909091).
אם בכוונתך לשלוח צוות או כתב שיסקרו את המשחקים אנא מלאו את טופס ההרשמה המצורף חתום בידי הממונה עליכם ואז שלחו את הטופס המלא לפקס שמספרו 886-7-3315017+ ובאי-מייל לכתובת kcginfo@worldgames2009.tw לפני ה-15 באפריל.
לאחר שבקשתכם תאושר, תקבלו בדואר האלקטרוני שם משתמש וסיסמה. אנא גלשו לאתר http://acr.worldgames2009.tw והשלימו את תהליך ההרשמה לפני ה-15 באפריל. תהליך מתן תעודות העיתונאי יושלם בסוף מאי, ואת התעודות עצמן תוכלו לאסוף עם הצגת דרכון או תעודה מזהה אחרת ותעודת עיתונאי בתוקף במרכז להענקת תעודות עיתונאי בבניין העירייה בכתובת Kaohsiung City Hall, No.2,Sihwei 3rd Road, LingyaDistrict, Kaohsiung City, Taiwan
תעודות כניסה לעיתונאים לא יונפקו במהלך המשחקים עצמם והכניסה למתחם המשחקים מותנה בתעודות אלו.

Accreditation Procedure
• The application form is for one organization; please include all crews in this form.
• Please complete the application form and have it signed by the person in charge, then Fax(+886-7-3315-017) AND email( kcginfo@worldgames2009.tw ) the completed form to KOC Marketing and PR Department.
• After being certified, online accreditation URL and a set of username & password will be sent to the applicant via email. Please log in to the website and complete the media accreditation form in English and upload the photos of the crews before 15th, April, 2009.
• When review of accreditation is in process, applicant with incomplete information or applicant rejected will be notified separately.
• When collecting the Media Pass at Kaohsiung City Hall (No. 2, Sihwei 3rd Road, Lingya District, Kaohsiung City, Taiwan), please present ID (e.g. passport) and Working ID (e.g. Media ID, report ID).
• On site accreditation is NOT available. Please apply for accreditation in advance. Media Pass is required for the access of the venue and the facilities.

Other media or media association (publication contains less than 3 pages) 1, and please provide three serial publications or the certificate of business registration for reference.
