2. Required documents: *Online filled visa form with signature.
*Taiwan inviter's invitation, with the detailed name list of the players, date and place of the competition.
*Taiwan inviter’s registration copy
*Letter from the Indian Association, with the detailed name list of the players, date and place of the competition.
*Round trip ticket and hotel booking reference
*NOC letter from the employer, or from the parents if the applicant is under 18 years)
*2 passport size photos 3.5x4.5cm, white background, 60% face
*Passport original (valid more than 6 months) and photocopy

Please download the "Letter of Guarantee for Visa Application" from our website: http://www.roc-taiwan.org/uploads/sites/16/2014/08/%E4%B8%AD%E8%8F%AF%E6%B0%91%E5%9C%8B%E7%B0%BD%E8%AD%89%E4%BF%9D%E8%AD%89%E6%9B%B8Letter-of-Guarantee-for-Visa-Application.pdf and email it to your inviter in Taiwan, and ask them to fill the form, sign and attached with the inviter's ID copy and the Taiwan's company/ organization 's registration. The mentioned documents (either original or photocopies) should be printed out and submitted to our visa counter.
Submission: Monday-Friday, 9:00-11:00.
Collection: Monday-Friday, 15:30-16:30
There is no submission and collection other than the timings mentioned.

We don’t accept any submission by post, courier, fax or email. Please submit the application only at our counter.
Additional supporting documents/interview might be required on a case-by-case basis.
Please note that the visa office will issue receipt for successful submission. In case it needs more proofs, we will issue "check-up list". If you have any query for the visa/attestation status, please provide either number of the receipt or check-up list mentioned above.
If the case is submitted by agent, and the agent cannot provide any number of the receipt or check-up list, it means the case NEVER reached our visa office.
