The Taipei Economic and Cultural Center in India regrets to announce that our Deputy Representative, Mr. Bor Huei Hsieh (Robert), passed away on the afternoon of 12 December, 2025.
To allow friends and members of the diplomatic community to pay their respects, the TECC will set up a condolence venue at our office. A condolence book will be available from 15 to 19 December, during the following hours:
09:30–12:00 and 14:00–17:00.
Those who wish to visit and offer their condolences are welcome to come during the above-mentioned hours at the Taipei Economic and Cultural Center in India．
