Amb. Dr. Mumin Chen recently gave an interview to Swadesh Newpaper, sharing his views on the development of Taiwan–India relations.
In the interview, Amb. Chen particularly highlighted the upcoming resumption of direct flights between New Delhi and Taipei. Air connectivity is not merely a matter of convenience; it is also an important bridge for deepening bilateral exchanges, helping to promote tourism, education, youth exchanges, technological cooperation, cultural interaction, and mutual understanding between our peoples.
Taiwan and India have tremendous potential for cooperation in areas including semiconductors, technology, talent development, and industry. We look forward to further strengthening the Taiwan–India partnership through more frequent people-to-people exchanges and interactions.
