- Required documents:
*Online filled visa form with signature.
*Working permit issued by Taiwan’s Ministry of Labour or concerned Ministry.
*Working experience proof.
*Contract paper
*Certificate of Company Registration of Employer and Declaration of Sales and Business Tax or Business Tax Payment Notice of the Previous year by the Employer, if required by TECC.
*2 passport size photos 3.5x4.5cm, white background, showing 60% face
*Passport original (valid more than 6 months) and photocopy

Please download the "Letter of Guarantee for Visa Application" from our website (http://www.roc-taiwan.org/uploads/sites/16/2014/08/%E4%B8%AD%E8%8F%AF%E6%B0%91%E5%9C%8B%E7%B0%BD%E8%AD%89%E4%BF%9D%E8%AD%89%E6%9B%B8Letter-of-Guarantee-for-Visa-Application.pdf), email it to your inviter in Taiwan, and ask them to fill the form, sign and attached with the inviter's ID copy and the Taiwan's company/ organization 's registration. The mentioned documents (either original or photocopies) should be printed out and submitted to our visa counter.
Submission: Monday-Friday, 9:00-11:00.
Collection: Monday-Friday, 15:30-16:30
There is no submission and collection other than the timings mentioned.
