[Business visa process]

Print out the filled visa form and sign. - Visa fee: Please check our website for the visa fee: https://www.roc-taiwan.org/in_en/post/5377.html
- Required documents:
*Online filled visa form with signature.
*Taiwan inviter’s invitation.(stating the purpose and applicant’s name and other details)
*Company cover letter mentioning purpose of visit, designation of the visitor, and the intended duration of stay (if applicants require multiple-entry visa, tentative traveling date should be mentioned).
*Company’s registration certificate copy issued by the government (no GST).
*Company’s bank statement for 3 months with Original bank stamp and ITR for 1 year.
*Proof of Transaction, e.g. LC/remittance receipts/business correspondence between trading parties, if any.
*Applicant’s personal salary account statement for 3 months with Original bank stamp.
*Applicant’s ITR or Form 16 for 1 year (either one of the documents)
*2 passport size photos 3.5x4.5cm, white background, showing 60% face
*Passport original (valid more than 6 months) and photocopy
*Confirm round trip ticket and hotel booking reference
INVITER'S PERSONAL ID, TAIWAN COMPANY'S REGISTRATION AND "Letter of Guarantee for Visa Application" ARE NOT REQUIRED FOR INDIAN PASSPORT HOLDERS.
** For Nepalese and Bangladeshi passport holders:
Please download the "Letter of Guarantee for Visa Application" from our website (http://www.roc-taiwan.org/uploads/sites/16/2014/08/%E4%B8%AD%E8%8F%AF%E6%B0%91%E5%9C%8B%E7%B0%BD%E8%AD%89%E4%BF%9D%E8%AD%89%E6%9B%B8Letter-of-Guarantee-for-Visa-Application.pdf), email it to your inviter in Taiwan, and ask them to fill the form, sign and attached with the inviter's ID copy and the Taiwan's company/ organization 's registration. The mentioned documents (either original or photocopies) should be printed out and submitted to our visa counter.

There is no submission and collection other than the timings mentioned.
