- National Quemoy University (NQU)
Through this scholarship, you will gain a deeper understanding of Taiwan, its “New Southbound Policy,” and the strategic importance of Kinmen as a key player in regional security in Southeast Asia. NQU has meticulously designed this program to include intensive Mandarin courses, studies in Cross-Strait Relations, Regional Security, International Relations, and the traditional culture of Southern Min. Through this 5-month program at TMU, you can:

Eligibility:
