- MOE Taiwan Scholarship for undergraduate/ postgraduate/ PhD degree program.
The Ministry of Education (MOE) Taiwan Scholarship continues to encourage outstanding students to pursue academic degrees (undergraduate/ postgraduate/ PhD) in Taiwan and to deepen their understanding of Taiwan's academic environment, thereby enhancing exchanges and building friendships between Taiwan and their home nations.
Online application starts from February 1, 2025. Applicants must complete the online application by May 2, 2025.

- MOE Huayu Enrichment Scholarship for Chinese language studies from 2 to 9 months.
The Ministry of Education (MOE) Huayu Enrichment Scholarship (MOE HES) aims to enhance exchanges between the Republic of China (Taiwan) and countries designated by the MOE by encouraging foreign students to study Mandarin in Taiwan and to deepen their understanding of Taiwan's cultural and social developments.
Online application starts from February 1, 2025. Applicants must complete the online application by May 2, 2025.

- MOFA Taiwan Fellowship for scholars and researchers to conduct research in Taiwan for up to 12 months.
The Taiwan Fellowship is established by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) to award foreign experts and scholars interested in researches related to Taiwan, cross-strait relations, mainland China, Asia-Pacific region and Chinese studies to conduct advanced research at universities or academic institutions in Taiwan. The Taiwan Fellowship, echoing the APEC Scholarship Initiative, provides 12 Chinese Taipei APEC Fellowship openings per year exclusively for scholars and experts from developing APEC economies.

- International Higher Education Scholarship Programs of Taiwan ICDF: for postgraduate/ PhD degree program. (For citizens of Albania and North Macedonia Only.)
To help partner countries cultivate skilled professionals who have an international outlook, the International Cooperation and Development Fund (TaiwanICDF) works with prestigious universities in Taiwan to select students to receive full scholarships for postgraduate programs taught in English.

The 2025 MOFA Taiwan Scholarship is open for application until March 31, 2025 for those who are interested in seeking a bachelor, master or doctoral degree, conducted in Mandarin Chinese or English.
