Gastrointestinal Clinic from ROC (Taiwan) to Commence at Majuro Hospital

The Embassy is delighted to announce the upcoming Gastrointestinal Clinic from Taiwan’s Shunang-Ho Hospital, scheduled to take place from June 3 to June 26 at Majuro Hospital. The clinic will officially commence on June 4, bringing specialized medical services to the residents of Majuro.
This clinic will feature renowned specialists Dr. Tay Ming-Zhe and Dr. Lai Yuh-Sin. Dr. Tay will be available from June 2 to June 14, and Dr. Lai will continue the services from June 15 to June 26. Both doctors will provide comprehensive care for a range of gastrointestinal issues including general medical problems related to digestion, nausea, vomiting, stomachaches, liver diseases, and other specific liver and gastrointestinal disorders.
Patients will have access to advanced diagnostic services with Dr. Tay offering abdominal ultrasounds and colonoscopy examinations. Additionally, Dr. Lai will provide both abdominal ultrasound, colonoscopy, and gastroscopy examinations during his visit.
Registration and appointment booking for the clinic are now open. The clinic will accommodate 15 patients each morning and afternoon, with a special schedule of 10 patients on the first day. Interested individuals are encouraged to register at Majuro Hospital to secure their consultation slots promptly.
