2	Reservation of Interview and Submission	All applicants are required to make reservation by email ( E-mail: roctmtaiwan@yahoo.com). After reservation is completed and an email confirmation received, applicants may visit Taipei Trade Office in Nigeria at the assigned time slot with all requirements ready and submit directly at the visa counter. Only Counter Application is acceptable. No Mail-in Application.
3	Payment	US$15 per documentPay exact USD Cash at the visa counter. Payment is non-refundable even if visa is refused.
4	Procedures	Online reservation --> counter application and interview in Taipei Trade Office in Nigeria --> document review and verification --> document issuance Warning: All submitted documents are strictly reviewed and verified. Forged and tampered documents leads to visa application rejection and RE-APPLICATION IS NOT ALLOWED.
5	Documents	1. Original and photocopy of Valid International Passport 2. Completed Application Form 3. Completed Power of Attorney Form NOTE:Applicant is required to sign in the presence of consular officer. 4. Attachments(if applicable) 5. Documents subjected to availability and required by Taipei Trade Office in Nigeria.
5	Processing Time	Authentication processing time may differ from case to case. Warning: All submitted documents are strictly reviewed and verified. 6	Policy on Appointment NO-SHOWS	Applicant should note that scheduled appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled in 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment date and time. Applicants who fail to arrive for a scheduled appointment without cancellation/rescheduling his/her appointment would be considered as "no-show". If an applicant has a no-show for an appointment more than one time, no further appointment would be scheduled for the applicant.
