All applicants are required to make reservation by email ( E-mail: roctmtaiwan@yahoo.com). After reservation is completed and an email confirmation received, applicants may visit Taipei Trade Office in Nigeria at the assigned time slot with all requirements ready and submit directly at the visa counter. Only Counter Application is acceptable. No Mail-in Application. |

1. Original and photocopy of international Passport (both current and expired passport are required ) 2. Completed Application Form 3. Endorsed Document: (1) School certificates: diploma, WAEC results, school living certificate, transcripts and testimonial are required endorsed by the following government agencies: A. Nigeria (Ministry of Education & Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Abuja) B. Ghana(Ministry of Education, Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Abuja and Consulate General in Nigeria/ High Commission Lagos) C. Cameroon (Ministry of Education, Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Abuja and Consulate General in Nigeria/ High Commission Lagos) D. Gambia(Ministry of Education, Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Abuja and Consulate General in Nigeria/ High Commission Lagos) (2) Bachelorhood and Marriage Certificate(Affidavit): A. Nigeria: State High Court where the marriage is conducted, and then legalized by Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Nigeria in Abuja.(Note: Only Nigerian Bachelorhood issued by Ministry of Interior in Abuja is accepted.) B. Ghana and Gambia: documents are required to be notarized by local notary public, legalized by Judicial Service, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration ( Embassy or High Commission in Nigeria). C. Cameroon: documents are required to be notarized by local notary public, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration ( Embassy or High Commission in Nigeria). NOTE: (3) Police character(Non criminal report), medical report and Approval for renunciation of citizenship: A. Nigeria (Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Abuja) B. Ghana(Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Abuja and Consulate General in Nigeria/ High Commission Lagos) C. Cameroon (Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Abuja and Consulate General in Nigeria/ High Commission Lagos) D. 5 | Processing Time | Legalization processing time may differ from case to case.

6 | Policy on Appointment NO-SHOWS | Applicant should note that scheduled appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled in 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment date and time. Applicants who fail to arrive for a scheduled appointment without cancellation/rescheduling his/her appointment would be considered as "no-show".
If an applicant has a no-show for an appointment more than one time, no further appointment would be scheduled for the applicant. |
