Only Dutch documents that are going to be used in Taiwan should be authenticated by Taipei Representative Office in the Netherlands, A foreign document should be authenticated by the Taipei Office in its country of origin.
Documents that need legalization and are not delivered in person by the applicant but by a " third party " need to be accompanied by a " Power of Attorney " . This PoA needs to be legalized by a public notary and the Dutch Court . If an zpplication is sent via post, applicant needs to add a note with wet signature to confirm they send the documents themselves.

※Original documents with more than 1 page: Must be bound and with a cross-page seal to verify that it is 1 document (one stamp crossing all pages)

*Applicant is required to bring the copies
4 For business documents : Include a copy of Chamber of Commerce extract from originating company.( If there is a name / signature inside the document from personnel from originating company, also include a copy of the passport from that person).
5 Applicant's identification documents (ex: passport, ID, driving license) + copy *For Taiwanese and other nationalities : Passport + copy.
6、Incase you use bank transfer for payment, please include a "printscreen" of your payment.
7 Please include a return envelope with your name and address with sufficient postage attached and a statement of statement-consent (For sending per mail) in case you want your document to be sent back. In case you want to use registered mail : Please call us at 070-2503000 during opening hours.
8 If you're unavailable to come and pick up your application documents at our office, please attach postage paid return envelope and a Statement of Consent. If you appoint someone to collect your application, please attach a Power of Attorney.
