The Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in New Zealand (TECO) is seeking an office administrator for a fixed term contract- from 12 August 2024 to 8 August 2025, to cover maternity leave.
You’ll be working in our office located at Majestic Centre in central Wellington, Mondays to Fridays from 9am to 5pm (40 hours a week) except public holidays.
The ideal candidate will be at least a high school graduate with excellent communication, organizational and social skills; good working attitude and good command of Microsoft Office; and fluent in English. It is preferable that you can understand and write traditional Mandarin.
You will be providing support in general office administration and may need to drive from time to time.
