Taiwan Embassy, Taiwan Medical Mission and “Taiwan Africa Vegetable Initiative” visited the Maphalaleni Inkhundla to provide clinical service, medicine and daily health and nutrition education to more than 200 residents.
Doctors and nurses from Taiwan set up tents at Lubhaceni Primary School, helping patients with different medical problems and medication. Residents rave about the services they received, saying that they were so grateful. Principal of Lubhaceni Primary School Mphumelelo Ginindza said they were thankful to Taiwan for helping them: “I want to thank the Taiwan Medical Mission as they have helped us in so many ways. We were able to get food and medical assistance all in one day. I hope Emaswati will learn from the Taiwan people on how to take care of ourselves and each other,” he said.
