On May 9, 2023, Ambassador Andrew Lin is pleased to attend the Project Management, Gender & Power Dynamics Workshop under the Building Economic incLUsion via the BlUe Economy (BELUU) program, led by Grameen Foundation. BELUU is co-funded by the United States and Taiwan and is expected to reach more than 56,000 women and youth entrepreneurs and community members. It aims at deepening the market participation of women entrepreneurs in the island nations of Palau, Nauru, Tuvalu, and the Marshall Islands.
