On October 4, 2019, the Embassy held a reception to celebrate the 108th National Day of the Republic of China (Taiwan) and the 40th Anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relationship between Taiwan and Taiwan.
The acting Governor General of Tuvalu, H.E. Teniku Talesi and her good husband, the Prime Minister, the Hon. Kausea Natano and his good wife, and the Minister of Foreign Affairs, the Hon. Simon Kofe and his good wife, along with the other 200 officials and guests, attended the reception.
