The HOPE Global Forum Annual Meeting was held in Atlanta from January 13-15. The meeting's topic was “Reimagining the Global Economy.” DG Steven Tai and Deputy Director Tony Tai attended the opening ceremony and two of the meeting's events. DG Tai and Deputy Director Tai attended the January 14 session, “A Special Conversation: Chelsea Clinton, Vice Chairwoman of the Clinton Foundation and John Hope Bryant, founder of Operation HOPE. Later that day, they attended the keynote address given by Jack Lew, US Secretary of the Treasury. Operation HOPE is a community of events that serve as a call to action to inspire information and thought leadership around an inclusive global economy that works for all citizens.
