Millennium Gate Museum hosts exhibit of “I-Hsiung Ju's Chinese Paintings”

On July 30, TECO Director General Steven Tia and Deputy Director Cynthia Hung attended the opening reception for the exhibit, “I-Hsiung Ju's Chinese Paintings,” which runs from July 31-Oct. 18 at the Millennium Gate Museum.
Founded in 2008, the Millennium Gate Museum's mission is to preserve Georgia's history, art, culture and philanthropic relevance. At the current exhibit opening, the museum flew the flag of the Republic of China on Taiwan alongside the US national flag in its main hall.
Ju, who died in March, 2012, is revered in Taiwan and the Philippines. His works hang in their national museums.
Millennium Gate Museum is at 395 17th St., NW, Atlanta, GA. It is open from 10:00 am-5:00 pm Tuesday through Saturday, and from 12:00 pm-5:00 pm on Sunday.
