Director General Johnson Chiang of the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Chicago welcomed the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on May 27 between Northwestern University (NU) and National Taiwan University (NTU)
Director General Johnson Chiang represented the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Taiwan to ink the MOU as witnesses.
