Space Foundation, located in Colorado Springs, Colorado, was hosting its annual Space Symposium from April 13 to 16, 2026. This year, Space Foundation extended a special invitation to ROC(Taiwan) Vice President Hsiao Bi-khim to deliver remarks via a pre-recorded video message. During the "Indo-Pacific Military Perspectives and Partnerships" panel—which featured high-ranking space officers from the United States, Japan, and Australia as panelists—she articulated Taiwan's unwavering determination to participate in the development of space capabilities and to work collectively to safeguard peace and stability in the Indo-Pacific region!

Director General Debby Huang attended the panel discussion in person and had pleasant conversation with the delegation led by Dr. Jong-shinn Wu, Director of the Taiwan Space Agency (TASA), to explore the development of Taiwan's space industry.
