表演團隊簡介
1995年由許振榮團長創立的『九天民俗技藝團』，原為傳統廟會陣頭團體，隨著時代演進，為使傳統民俗文化得以轉型並永續傳承，九天致力創新與改變，不斷精進技藝、豐富表演內容，強化陣頭表演的藝術性，逐步讓傳統地方廟會陣頭走向藝術化、專業化。此外，「九天」也秉持著社會服務的精神，禮聘專業輔導員與教師，藉由陣頭表演的魅力，感化中輟青少年的內心，觸動其對於表演藝術的熱忱因子，進而回歸生活正軌、建立自信，共同朝著專業演員目標前進。
「九天」自2007年起多次應邀赴美國、日本、馬來西亞、菲律賓等地演出，近年並陸續創作「陣頭」、「鼓神」、「迎王．代天巡狩」及「九天鼓樂．經典重現」等劇場展演作品。此次國慶文化訪問團除透過鼓陣、官將首、電音神偶等演出，讓海外僑胞回味故鄉特有的風土人情，加深與臺灣的情感連結外，也期盼藉由呈現專業精緻的藝陣饗宴，發揚與傳承臺灣優美的民俗文化，推動臺灣文化創意產業朝向國際舞臺邁進。
About the Troupe
Founded by Mr. Chen-Jung Hsu in 1995, the Chio-Tian Folk Drums & Art Troupe (hereafter Chio-Tian) was initially a traditional Taiwanese temple fair parade team. It has since focused its efforts on the innovation and refinement of its art and performance, elevating the traditional local parade show to a higher level of artistic quality and expertise. Artistic perfection is not the only endeavor of Chio-Tian: bearing in mind the spirit of community service, the troupe has hired professional counselors and teachers to help out-of-school teenagers reform. By introducing them to the fascination of the parade show and awaken their potential enthusiasm for performance arts, Chio-Tian brings these teenagers back to the right path and helps them build their self-esteem on the way to becoming professional performers.
Since 2007, Chio-Tian has been invited to perform in the US, Japan, Malaysia, the Philippines and other countries, while continuing to produce original theatrical programs, such as Din Tao: Leader of the Parade, Gu Shen: God of Drums, Yin Wang: The Hunt of the Plague Lord and Chio-Tian Classics Revisited. This year’s ROC Anniversary Cultural Tour, featuring the Troupe’s most famous numbers including drum parades, Kuan-tsiòng Siú (The Chief Infernal Officers) and the techno deity-puppet, is guaranteed to make our overseas compatriots reminisce their homeland and its culture. The Tour also aims to promote and preserve Taiwan’s beautiful folk culture and bring it up to the international stages.
演出內容簡介
演出全長90分鐘，為與僑胞及當地國嘉賓一同盛大歡慶106年中華民國國慶，特別以富有臺灣文化特色的藝陣元素，規劃「神仙祈福」、「氣吞天下」、「官將首」、「金鼓喧天‧旗開得勝」、「歡喜神童」、「御天戰鼓」等一系列節目，將源自廟口傳統陣頭表演，經由專業劇場編製手法，融合創意編排、創新演出，整場節目充滿傳統文化藝術涵養，在集結古典藝術之美與現代劇場表現手法的特色演出中，呈獻專屬『九天民俗技藝團』的藝術盛宴。
Program Description
In this 90-minute program, Chio-Tian Folk Drums & Arts Troupe performs compositions adapted from traditional Taiwanese temple parade shows, including “Blessing from Gods”, “Magnificent Attitude Overwhelms the World”, “Infernal Chief Officers”, “The Sound of Golden Drum Reaches up to the Sky, Getting Victory at the Moment of Waving Flags”, “Happy God Children” and “Overwhelming War Drums”. All arrangements are created by professional art advisers and percussion composers using modern theatrical techniques as well as creative orchestrations and presentations. The result is a unique mixture of classical arts and modern theaters, an artistic spectacle exclusive to Chio-Tian Folk Drums & Arts Troupe.

【神仙祈福ShenXianQiFu(Blessing from Gods)】
由象徵福氣、功名、健康的福祿壽三仙與招財進寶童子，可愛親和的造型，活潑逗趣的舞蹈將祝福分享給現場所有嘉賓、鼓舞現場歡樂氣氛，讓觀眾充分享受盛大歡慶中華民國國慶的熱鬧與喜悅。
Performed by three deities as Prosperity (Fu), Status (Lu), and Longevity (Shou) and god children who can help bringing in wealth and treasures(ZhaoCaiTongZi) with cute, friendly apperance and vibrant, interesting dance, they can bring their blessings to all the audience and invigorate atmosphere live. All the audience can enjoy the National Day of the Republic of China lively and joyfully.
【氣吞天下QiTunTianXia (Magnificent Attitude Overwhelms the World)】
由慢漸快、強而有力的鼓聲，以震動大地、彷如雷鳴的激昂能量，演繹出風雲變幻、萬象翻新，氣勢雄偉的盛大聲勢，展現展望未來的抖擻精神和嶄新期許。
Strong resounds with powerful drumbeats from slowly to fast. With aroused energy which shakes earth like thunder, performers demonstrate vigorous spirits and brand-new expectations for future prospects with grand attitude of vicissitudes, brand-new things, and magnificent feeling.
【官將首Guan-Jiang-Shou (Infernal Chief Officers)】
源自廟會藝陣的官將首，為專司緝拿鬼怪的陰間捕頭，神態威嚴的臉譜與精緻華美的服飾，加上演出中擺出各種陣式與步法，融入武術與舞蹈元素，神聖肅穆的演出氛圍，融合傳統文化特色的美學饗宴。
As the underworld sheriffs that hunt down evil ghosts and monsters, it is a traditional practice in Taiwanese miaohui (temple fair) parades to play the role of them by wearing dignified opera-style facial paints and pompous costumes. The ever-shifting formations and footwork during the performance combine elements of martial arts and dances into the solemn atmosphere of this artistic rendering of the tradition.
【金鼓喧天‧旗開得勝JinGuXuanTian‧QiKaiDeSheng
(The Sound of Golden Drum Reaches up to the Sky, Getting Victory at the Moment of Waving Flags)】
自古以來「鼓」與「旗」皆象徵著祈求勝利，此曲即完美融合磅礡戰鼓與悠揚旗舞，加入武術與舞蹈元素，以多層次的表演編排、震撼的視聽效果，為整場演出帶起高潮、傳遞祝福。
Since ancient times, drums and flags have symbolized praying for victory. This song combines powerful resounds of war drums and dance with grand moves of flag perfectly. The elements of martial arts and dance are added. Choreography arrangement with various layers and thundering effects of vision and audio bring climax to the whole performance and deliver the blessings too.
【歡喜神童HuanXiShenTong (Happy God Children)】
源自傳統廟會神偶藝陣的創意演出，透過慈祥和藹的土地公爺爺與活潑俏皮的招財進寶童子，有如爺孫一般親切可愛的活力演出，呈現詼諧逗趣的歡快氛圍。演出中透過神偶的親和魅力，拉近全場觀眾距離，帶動現場歡樂氛圍。
This is a kind of creative performance originated from deity puppet parade of traditional temple fair. Kind, loving Village Deity and energetic, cute god children who bring wealth with friendly, cute, and energetic performance as grandpa and grandchildren brings out the light, interesting atmosphere. The deity puppets make the distance between audiences closer with its own affinity and arouse the joyful atmosphere live.
【御天戰鼓YuTianZhanGu (Overwhelming War Drums)】
融合獨奏、全體齊奏、分部輪奏等鼓樂編排手法，營造豐富的聽覺層次呈現出排山倒海的氣勢，運用震撼人心的鼓聲，將現場氣氛推向最精采的高潮，傳達出祈福的美好寓意。鼓曲演奏告一段落，將由主持人邀請現場來賓上臺，與九天鼓手一同擊鼓，將祝福傳送給現場每一位嘉賓。
Combining different forms like solo, unison, and rounds to build rich layers for music and overwhelming expression. The resounds aim to touch audiences ‘hearts, lead to the climax of atmosphere and deliver the beautiful meaning of blessing. After the end of song, the host will invite our guests to go on the stage to beat drums with our drummers and to bring the blessing to every audience.
