The International Intelligent Ironman Creativity Contest (IICC) was founded by Taiwan’s Ministry of Education (MOE) in 2004 to encourage high school students to use the knowledge and skills learned from schools to enhance their creativity, leadership, physical strength, adventurous spirits, and willpower. These abilities are important features leading to their future career success.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the 2022 IICC will be held virtually for foreign participants to avoid traveling. However, all team members need to be together to work out all requirements.
The contest is a 36-hour non-stop teamwork competition from Aug 26, at 3 PM to Aug 27, 2022 at 3 AM (UTC) that requires a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 6 members, in addition to having one team advisor or teacher. It is recommended to have teammates knowledgeable in different subjects, due to natural sciences, social science, and other topics being on the list to fulfill the ultimate requirement of many tasks. While this is a hands-on contest, it adopts the structure of computer role-playing games.
Registration is open until July 31, 2022. For more details, please visit
