The United States, one of Taiwan’s most important friendly countries, is the host of the 2023 APEC. The First Senior Officials’ Meeting (SOM 1) of this year’s APEC was taken place in Palm Springs, California from February 26 to 28. DG Wu attended the aforementioned meeting on behalf of Taiwan.
During this meeting, our delegation met with delegations of various like-minded countries, including the U.S., to jointly promote regional sustainable development.
After the completion of the meeting, DG Wu visited TECO-LA and then exchanged ideas with TECO-LA’s Director General Amino Chi.
