New Jersey General Assembly passed resolution in support of Taiwan (6/20/2019)
The New Jersey General Assembly passed resolution AR223 on June 20, which recognizes the importance of strong NJ-Taiwan relations and supports a closer US-Taiwan economic and trade partnership. The resolution also celebrates 30 years of NJ-Taiwan sister state relationship and points to the significance of the Taiwan Relations Act for preserving peace and stability in the Taiwan Strait. TECO in New York co-hosted a reception with the NJ Assembly at the Trenton State House to celebrate this occasion.
