In order to improve the quality of our consular services, starting from May 1, 2025, our consular counters will adopt both "advance online reservation" and "on-site counter registration"
1. Advance online reservation:
Applications are open from 09:00-11:30 Monday to Thursday for those who have made advance online reservations, with a limit of 25 people per day. Starting from April 24th, 2025, please make an appointment online www.tecosf.com print out the confirmation slip, and then submit the completed form and required documents to the Consular Counter during the appointment time between 9:00 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. on the appointment day. Each appointment quota is limited to one applicant, and the applicant must hold the "Successful Appointment Confirmation Letter" from this office. In principle, after those who have made an appointment have finished submitting their documents, those who have not made an appointment will be allowed to submit their documents at the counter from 11:30 to 13:00.
2. On-site counter registration (no appointment, counter application):
Those without an appointment can queue up at our office from Monday to Thursday morning. The staff will start issuing 15 number plates in sequence at 9:00 a.m. Each applicant must pick up a number plate on a first-come, first-served basis. No applications will be accepted after the 15 number plates are issued. Applications will be called starting at 11:30 a.m. If there are a large number of applicants and the application process takes a long time, please be patient.
3. "Pick-up": Pick-up is available from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm between Monday and Thursday. No appointment is required.
4. Applicants are welcome to mail documents to this office or drop-off documents in the drop-box on the first floor of this office, but only documents that are not processed in person are accepted:
The drop-off hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on weekdays (except holidays). The case must be sealed and complete. Our office will process the application as soon as possible after receiving the application documents. Please indicate "Name", "Phone Number and Email" and "Project" on the cover of the envelope. However, please don't mail or drop off documents such as first-time passport applications, lost passports, and documents that require personal signature by this office can only be processed in person. After mailing, please check the Tracking Number to confirm whether the documents have been delivered to our office.
