TECO held a welcome party for the AIT SelectUSA UAV Supply Chain Industry Delegation on May 6, 2025 inviting representatives from important local Taiwanese chambers of commerce to exchange ideas with the delegation members. In his welcome speech, Deputy Director General John Chu said that Silicon Valley is the core of the global high-tech industry and is home to many excellent drone companies. Our drone industry supply chain has development advantages and he believes there will be opportunities to further expand the market and deepen exchanges here.
AIT commercial official Jeffery Dutton said in his speech that the delegation's visit to the Bay Area is conducive to cooperation between the Taiwan and US drone industries. In addition, this year's Taiwanese business delegation is also one of the largest foreign business delegations in SelectUSA, demonstrating the close economic and trade ties between the two sides.
