Ms.Jin-ling Chen, Deputy Representative of Taipei Economoic and Cultural Office (TECO), along with Ms. Yao-ling Wang, Secretary of TECO, attended a charter ceremony held at Hanoi University of Science and Technology (HUST) on Nov. 23. The ceremony was to celebrate the establishment of Vietnam branch center of APEC Research Center for Advanced Biohydrogen Technology (APEC-ACABT) at HUST. Prof. Dr. Shu-Yii Wu, President of APEC-ACABT, Dean of College of Engineering, Feng Chia University, hosted the said ceremony.
