Director General David Cheng-Wei Wu had the privilege to lunch with the great Maurice Newman AC, who was the chair of ABC, Chair of Board of Australia Stock Exchange, Chancellor of Macquarie University and more.
They exchanged views on geopolitics, global economy, Russia-Ukraine War, Australia-Taiwan relations, Taiwan Strait issues and more. With his broad knowledge, personal experience and insights, the lunch was not only enjoyable, but also very educational and informative.
DG Wu also expressed great gratitude to Mr Newman for promoting AUS-TW relations and strong support of Taiwan.
