Director General David Cheng-Wei Wu was thrilled to meet with Audrey Tang, Taiwan’s ?? first Digital Affairs Minister at UTS today. Audrey and E Glen Weyl, Research Lead of the Microsoft Research Special Project the Plural Technology Collaboratory, and founder of #PluralityInstitute & #RadicalxChangeFoundation, are co-authors for the new book #Plurality and sharing their insight on the topic of “Can technologies save democracy?” with the audience from the academia, industrial and public sectors.
Audrey’s contribution of pushing forward the agenda of #OpenGovernment and #OnlineParticipation of policy making process, has made Taiwan one of the top 10 most free democracies in the world.
