For marriage certificate issued by New South Wales Registry of Births, Deaths and Marriages to be authenticated, please submit following documents in person or via mail:
1. A completed application form(pdf file/odt file). Electronic signature/Scan/Fax will not be accepted;
2. Original marriage certificate issued by New South Wales Registry of Births, Deaths and Marriages; and
3. Applicants' identification copy (ie. Both couples' Passport); and
4. A self-addressed envelope for returning your documents (if applicable); and
5. Authentication fee:
- A$22.00 per document for 5 working days standard application;
- We currently suspend all urgent services.
Payment can be made in cash, bank Cheque or money order (payable to “Taipei Economic and Cultural Office INC.’)
