Exchange of Finnish Driving Licenses for Taiwan's Motorcycle Driving Licenses

We are pleased to announce that, based on reciprocity, Finnish driving license holders can exchange their licenses for equivalent types of motorcycle driving licenses in Taiwan without having to pass the driving examination under the following regulations:
Finnish A1 and A2 class license holders can exchange for a Taiwan ordinary heavy motorcycle driving license.
Finnish A class license holders can exchange for a Taiwan big-sized heavy motorcycle driving license (limited to motorcycles with an engine displacement below 550cc). If the applicant also holds proof of completing 43 hours or more of driving training for big-sized heavy motorcycles, they may exchange for an unlimited Taiwan big-sized heavy motorcycle driving license.
