Homer Chang
Homer Chang is Director General of the Taipei Economic and Cultural Center in Mumbai. Chang began his foreign service in 1991 after graduating from the Department of Political Science, National Taiwan University and serving in the army as a second lieutenant. Chang served for different departments (North American Affairs, International Organizations and East Asian & Pacific Affairs) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and different postings overseas, including Washington, DC, Ulaanbaatar, Hanoi, Suva, Yangon and Lagos.
