Basic Qualifications
Basic qualification documents that shall be submitted by bidders:
- Business Registration: The bidder must be a legally registered company in the Philippines with valid business permits issued by Philippine government entities.
- Company Profile: Comprehensive corporate overview outlining history, operational structure, and key personnel.
- Project Portfolio & Capability Documents:
- (1) Proof that a supplier has the requisite capability to manufacture, supply, or undertake similar security system work.
- (2) Proof that a supplier has the requisite capability to fulfill contracts as scheduled.
- (3) Proof that a supplier has the requisite capability for repair, maintenance, or after-sales services.
Additional Description & Regulatory Constraints
- Please refer to the Instructions to Tenders for detailed technical specifications, project budget, and contractual requirements.
- Security & Origin Restrictions: No equipment or components (including but not limited to cameras, NVR/DVR, storage devices, UPS, access control panels, and cables) manufactured by brands from or originating in the People's Republic of China (PRC), Hong Kong, or Macao shall be used in this project.
- Ownership & Capital Restriction: TECO will not accept quotations/proposals from firms with PRC investment or control.
