To observe the COVID-19 Alert Level implemented in Metro Manila, the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in the Philippines will strictly impose the following measures while providing consular services.

I. Consular services hours will be adjusted as follows:

Monday to Friday:

Filing Time: from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.

Releasing Time: from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.(Starting from 25 March 2021, authentication releasing time from 2:30 to 4:00 pm )

II. All visitors must wear face mask (cloth mask not allowed), keep social distancing and have body temperature checked at the entrance of the 41^st floor;

III. All applications for general visa, document authentication, passport of the Republic of China (Taiwan) and Taiwan immigration related matters are required to make an appointment via telephone in advance. (APPOINTMENT VIA EMAIL NOT ACCEPTED and NO WALK IN).

2. Starting from 25 March 2021, applicants applying for document authentication must schedule an appointment through email.

3. All applicants who have made an appointment should present themselves at our office counter at 1F, RCBC PLAZA (Tower 1) on time as arranged.

IV. As to migrant worker visa applications(local #133), will be announced separately.
