Valid and original resident permit in the Philippines, such as the Philippine passport, Philippine Citizenship Certificate issued by Bureau of Immigration, Special Resident Retiree's Visa (SRRV) issued by Philippine Retirement Authority (PRA), Special Investor's Resident Visa (SIRV).
To apply with resident visa that is valid for more than one (1) year, the applicants shall also present the original cards of that resident visa of each year for the previous four (4) consecutive years from the date of the application. For applicants cannot provide original cards of each year, receipts of visa renewal or extension of the issuing authority shall be provided.
Record of Entry & exit to & from Taiwan issued by National Immigration Agency, Ministry of Interior.
If the applicants want to have his “Special Overseas Residency” to be stamped in his new passport, he should submit the above mentioned documents, and would be subject for verification of the validity of his residency in the Philippines.
