2. Main Service Scope:
(a) to receive applications, re-issue passport of the Republic of China(Taiwan) .
(b) to issue visas for foreigners to visit Taiwan.
(c) to certify and authenticate miscellaneous documents.
Note: All the applications should be submitted personally, except those sent by mail from Qatar.
