| 1. Visa Application Form | Completed online, printed out and signed. |
| 2. Two photos | Passport-sized (the photos must be 32-36mm from chin to head) color photos printed on photo paper with white background taken within 6 months. |
| 3. Passport (original and a photocopy) | Valid for at least 6 months from the date of entry. |
| 4. Original and a photocopy of Alien Residence Certificate (ARC) or the Household Registration Certificate | The ARC must be valid for more than 6 months. The copy of Household Registration issued within 3 months. |
| 5. Original and a proof of parents’ marriage | For children or grandchildren of a R.O.C. citizen with household registration, please provide an original household registration certificate issued within 3 months that shows registration of the parents’ marriage. |
| 6. Original and a photocopy of birth certificate | A birth certificate which shows both parents’ full names, authenticated by ROC embassy or ROC Representative Office. |
| 7. Original and a photocopy of Health Certificate | Issued within last 3 months. Health certificates issued by foreign hospitals must be authenticated by an R.O.C. (Taiwan) overseas mission. For authentication information please see our website. Applicants who are minors under age 6 or the applicant and the spouse whom the applicant intends to join with are from countries whose citizens are eligible for visa-waiver entry are not required to present health certificate. |
| 8. Return envelope (Important info) We do not accept applications from overseas. Applicants must be residing in Sweden or Norway at the time of application. | Self-addressed and sufficiently stamped, if not picking up passport personally. For applicants from Norway, please find mailing information here, and please be advised, do not send the application as a package, as it will result in customs fees be requested subsequently. | Payments by bank transfer to our bank account BG886-8812 (please provide a proof of payment). Payment must be made 2 days in advance, i.e. received by us the day before we receive the application. For applicants from Norway you'll be able to transfer money to our bank account (Bank info). Please note: Our bank (SEB) charges a 31.85 SEK service fee for transfers made from banks in Norway (from other countries outside of the EU the service fee will be 80 SEK). If you pay from a Norwegian bank, you must therefore add 31.85 SEK to the original fee. For example, if you apply for a single entry visitor visa, the total amount to transfer would be 546.85 SEK (515 + 31.85 = 546.85). Please make sure to transfer enough money for your visa application. | |
