The 2026 MOE Huayu Enrichment Scholarship offered by the Ministry of Education, ROC (Taiwan) is now open for application!

The MOE Huayu Enrichment Scholarship Program is offered for mandarin learners including beginners to study at any university-affiliated language centers in Taiwan.
The recipient will be awarded a monthly stipend of NTD 28,000. The duration of the scholarship is 3 months, 6 months, 9 months or 12 months starting from September 1st, 2025. Singaporean students above the age of 18 and who possess at least a high school diploma are eligible to apply.
Applicants should apply directly to the Mandarin Language Centers for admission and register on the application website to upload the required information. They must then submit the scholarship-required original documents, including the online application form, either in person or by mail to the Taipei Representative Office in Singapore by March 31, 2026.
