Open Calls for the Golden Indie Music Awards (GIMAs)

The Golden Indie Music Awards (GIMAs) are organized by BAMID, Ministry of Culture. The music awards are for original music composition at its core and encouraging musicians in Taiwan to show their diverse creativity.
In order to enhance the international appeal of this award, “Best Asian Creative Artist Award” was set up for individuals or groups from Asian countries or regions excluding Taiwan. The entries are not restricted to languages. To promote global awareness of this award and connect pop music in Taiwan with the world, music creators and bands around the world are encouraged to participate in the event.
The registration opens from May. 29 to Jul. 1, 2025.
